Terms of Service — EPSO Genius

                Summary: Use EPSO Genius for your own exam preparation. Pay for what you use. Don't misuse the platform. We can terminate accounts for abuse.
            

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using EPSO Genius ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

EPSO Genius provides AI-powered practice tests and study materials for EPSO (European Personnel Selection Office) examinations, covering verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, abstract reasoning, EU knowledge, and digital skills competencies.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service
One account per person — you may not share accounts

4. Subscription and payment

Plans

Free plan: Limited access (1 practice test per day)
Pro plan: Unlimited practice tests, all question types — €19/month
Premium plan: Full access including advanced features — €39/month

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly
Payment is processed securely by Stripe
Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes
You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact hello@epsogenius.com within 7 days of your first payment to request a full refund. No refunds after 7 days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share, redistribute, or resell access to the Service or practice test content
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce questions or algorithms
Use the Service to train or build competing AI models
Circumvent account limits or access controls
Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Service

6. Intellectual property

All content on EPSO Genius — including practice questions, AI-generated materials, explanations, and platform code — is owned by EPSO Genius or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal exam preparation.

EPSO Genius is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to EPSO or the European Commission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees that practice on EPSO Genius will result in passing your EPSO exam. Exam formats and pass marks are controlled by EPSO and may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EPSO Genius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@epsogenius.com. Active subscriptions are cancelled at period end.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

As an EU consumer, you also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. We'll provide 14 days' notice by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
